Every since I was 15, I’ve struggled with my weight. I got on the depo shot and it made me gain around 30 pounds in a month. Up until then, I had always been skinny due to athletics in school. My weight stayed around 124 or below. (I’m 5’5) In December of 2010, I got a gym membership and started working out. By around April or May of 2011, I had lost 21 pounds, bringing me down to 134. During summer of 2011, I got lazy, got rid of my gym membership and allowed my weight to, again, reach 155. I knew summer was coming again and I needed to do something about how awful my body looked. In the beginning of April of this year (2012), I started eating healthier and eating smaller meals. I lost around 5 pounds. In the beginning of May, I went and got my gym membership back and have been working out everyday (running on treadmill and then doing strictly weights). I havent missed a day yet. As of now, I weigh 146. I’m starting to gain my muscle back though, so I’m not letting it discourage me that I haven’t lost much. The pictures do show a big difference in me losing weight and gaining muscle though! Still have a lot to lose, just thought I would post a “during” picture! Try not to be too harsh! lol
